a easy to use Choux paste recipe... anyone have one?

hi

I tried to make Choux paste with an old recipe of mine - it worked the
first few times and then failed dismally the next few!

Any advice or alternate ways to make choux paste?

Been dying to make proper Choc Eclairs!

In choux paste making , the recipe is simple and supposed to be fool
proof
Its in the procedure that most people have difficulty as they don't
exercise care .

I make this all the time and have never had a problem
1 cup water
4 oz (1 cube) unsalted butter
1 tsp salt
Bring to a boil- add all at once
1 cup A.P. flour
Stir and cook for about 10-15 sec Should be a semi dry blob. Add 4
eggs, one at a time with a wooden spoon- make sure it is well
incorporated before adding the next egg. Bake as directed
