I am wondering if anyone has ever tried making a chocolate kahlua cake,
which is usually baked in a bundt pan, in a glass cake pan instead. It's the standard recipe; an easy, cake mix recipe where you add pudding and kahlua to the mix. Bundt pans don't do well in my finicky oven, so I was thinking of making it in a standard 13 x 11 glass pan but I was hoping for some experiences from others before I try it. I'm planning on making it for a company party, so the ease of carrying an oblong glass pan that has a plastic lid is also very appealing. Any advice or opinions would be greatly apprecaited, particularly if anyone has tried this before. Thanks in advance, Jen |
