NYT bread in a loaf pan
 
I know, the New York Times bread doesn't need any more publicity, but
anyway, here are some pics. James and I were wondering how it would
work if I did it in a loaf pan (covered with foil) instead of the
usual pot, and though it looks weird, it's really good, as usual.

Thanks for sharing your 'adventure' pictures. I'm glad you
experimented and shared your pictures. Perhaps others without a
covered loaf pan were wondering how it might turn out. Now we know:

I agree- you did a nice job, and you answered my question about using a
different pan.
