Default Baking Bread from Scratch -- how to video

I made a short video on baking bread. The link is he

Although it glosses over many fine points, I think it illustrates the
basic stuff pretty well.

I hope it is of some use to other novice bakers like myself! Any
suggestions are welcome.

Nice job, over all!
One production suggestion would be to put the explanatory text in white,
or some bright color, at least. I couldn't read much of it, as it
scrolled by, or even pausing. I don't post to youtube, so am not that
familiar with their features; is it possible to have a text block to
accompany the video?

Thanks for your comment, Dave.
I agree, the words are a bit of tough to read. I was working with a
higher, crisper res and the text suffered a bit from compression and
shrinkage. I'll have to keep that in mind next time.

The video was informative and humorous, I agree the text should be white
(extremely light grey NTSC colors)
I would put a dark stroke around the text/
