I made a short video on baking bread. The link is he
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qeuLPuXofOw Although it glosses over many fine points, I think it illustrates the basic stuff pretty well. I hope it is of some use to other novice bakers like myself! Any suggestions are welcome. Cheers. |

I couldn't read much of it, as it scrolled by, or even pausing. I don't post to youtube, so am not that familiar with their features; is it possible to have a text block to accompany the video? I agree, the words are a bit of tough to read. I was working with a higher, crisper res and the text suffered a bit from compression and shrinkage. I'll have to keep that in mind next time. Daev |

The video was informative and humorous, I agree the text should be white
