How do you get muffins to fill out and crown? Mine come out looking like cup
cakes.

You need to use the right recipe and mixing method.

Use a recipe from Southern Living Magazine.

Don't overmix the batter. You just combine the dry ingredients and the=20
wet ingredients separate. Then just puor together and combine by=20
stirring/folding as little as possible.

Bake 20-30 minutes at 375-340 F.

Easy.

1 cup Raspberries; Fresh

Instructions:

In a large bowl combine flour and all dry ingredients. Gently stir
in raspberries and pecans.

In a small bowl combine yogurt, oil, lemon peel and eggs. Add to dry
ingredients; stir just until dry ingredients moistened.

Fill muffin cups until 3/4 full. Sprinkle topping over batter.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Topping:

Combine with a fork until crumbly.

Of course, it's supposed to be 375 - 400 F.
