I just got a used Hitachi HB=B201 bread baker.
I did not get a manual with it. Searched the Internet and it appears there were many looking for a manual. Can you tell me if there is a manual available on the Internet. Or if there are appropriate recipes someplace. Can any bread machine recipe be used with my machine? Thanks in advance. |

Does your suggestion apply to Outlook Express?
All I can do is search those notes that I've down loaded. I did use Google to search this NG and followed most of the hits to nothing. Do you really know the answer to my query or do you just think searching will find it? Frank,
There is a manual for your machine stored in the files of the Yahoo bread machine group. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/bread-machine/ There is also a recipe book for the Hitachi machines. You don't need machine specific recipes, any bread recipe that uses 3 cups of flour will do. The machine loads liquids then dry ingredients with yeast being last. Thanks, I got the manual.
I never would have found it without your help because I wasn't a member of that group!
