Default Cheesecake problems

I put the filling together for a cheesecake. I put the filling in the
electric mixer and added whip cream as stated in the recipe (beaten
egg white). I then proceeded to bake the cake and the cheese and the
egg looked like they had separated. The batter was real watery. Can
someone help?
