I doubled the recipe that was posted here, about 10 days ago.
Two quarter pound sticks of butter are way too much (doubled)...way too much... By one 'block' of butter (as posted), I'm betting the poster meant 1 TBS, per cake instead. I wrote the recipe down as 1/4 lbs per cake, and then doubled that...won't do that again.
