I saw some 100% cocoa chocolate for baking. I bought a bar and found that it
taste sour. It says no sugar added so I expect it not to be sweet. Without sweetener, do chocolate taste sour by nature? |

To me, unsweetened cocoa is one of the worse tasting things in the world.
