A little bit of everything is a decadent Brownie you will just
love.Brownies Ingredients: * 1 Stick of Butter * 1/2 C. semi sweet Chocolate Chips * 1 Tbsp. Peanut butter * 2 Tbsp. Nutella * 1 C. Sugar * 2 eggs * 1/2 c.Coconut * 1C. Marshmallows * 1 c. Nuts * 1C. flour * 1 tsp. vanilla Directions: Grease a 9 x 13 pan and preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a sauce pan on low heat melt butter, chocolate chips, nutella, and peanut butter. Remove from heat and stir in sugar. Add eggs one at a time whisk them in. Stir in the next 5 ingredients. Bake for 30-40 minute while it is cooling prepare topping. Topping ingredients: * 1/8 C. Peanut butter * 1/8 C. Nutella * 3/4 C. Powdered sugar * 4-5 Tbsp milkLittle bit of everything brownies * 1/2 c. coconut Directions: Place all the ingredients in a bowl adding two tablespoons of milk at a time until you reach a glaze consistency. Spread on the brownies. I was inspired to make this just because I had a lot of little leftovers. A small amount of this and that in bags that wouldn’t have been able to make a recipe all by themselves but together they created a gooey sweet concoction that satisfies each, and every taste bud. A note on the brownies they will come out looking rather gooey and when you stick a toothpick in there is going to be some that comes out, but after it cools it hardens a bit and the consistency is that of a fudgie brownie. Also the marshmallows are going to create some bubbles on top and they will be hollow so when you spread on the glaze you will end up pushing those down which works out perfectly. The coconut in the glaze is optional, and if you decide to go without it you will probably end up using less milk for the glaze. The nuts in the brownies were a mix for me, I had a little bit of almonds and pecans left over and those both were added in, so what nuts you use is up to you. A little bit of everything Brownies, has a lot of everything in it, print out this recipe today at http://bakedblog.com |
