Request - Grandma's Cinnamon Kuchen
I remember helping my grandmother bake a cinnamon coffe cake, she
called kuchen when I was younger. All I remember is she would make the dough (raised twice),we would flatten it and spread a cinnamon + sugar paste on to it and then roll it and bake it on a flat pan. My mother said my grandmother didn't have a recipe and mom could never duplicate it. If anyone can help me bring back this great tasting memory it would be appreciated. Thanks |
