I think this is the right board, if not.. let me know.
A few years ago, my wife had a recipe for what she called mock almond paste. It was similar to almond paste but made with soya flour. She's since lost the recipe and can't remember how to go about it. Using an almond paste recipe and just using soya flour instead of almond flour just doesn't come out quite right -thegslorin |
