I have lost a great recipe, and I want to know if anyone here has it.
It was in the New York Times from the 1980's or early 1990's. It's a recipe for Ginger Snaps that uses shortening. To bake the cookie you make a ball, roll it in sugar, press it with a fork and bake. It is the best Ginger Snap I've ever made and I have lost the recipe. Any help will be appreciated! Thanks --Pat |
