I can't seem to find the info anywhere, but I'm sure it's out there.
I looked for recipe conversions, etc., but none of them give directions for larger muffins. If I wish to bake large muffins (I think they're sometimes called Texas size; 6 to a tin/sheet), how long should they bake? The tin I bought didn't come with guidelines. Thanks, folks. Turtlelover |

Test them after about 18 min with a toothpick. I bake them all the time and
that's the way I do it. |
