High production pretzel equipment
Far as I can tell, someone wrote:

Surprisingly, there was NO pretzel makers of any kind on E-Bay. I outfitted most of my bagel shop on E-Bay. (There are two bagel divider/formers), but nothing for pretzels except the ever present display cases. Never having made a pretzel, I don't know what to look for, but I'm sure they are out there. Here's an interesting article I found. This guy makes his by hand. Maybe that's the way to go. http://www.salisburypost.com/november99/112499p.htm |

Your question is really outside the scope of the rec.food.cooking group. Try reading any food instrusty magazines to see if they have ads in them for the type of equipment you need, or perhaps information about industry groups where you might ask your questions. |
