raspberry sauce
Denise, a simple recipe for raspberry sauce is as follows, take a bag of
frozen raspberries, add a little water and bring to a boil. Cook about 10 minutes and cool. Process in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour through a sieve into a container to remove seeds, add sugar to taste. I don't add the sugar myself. Hope this works for you. You really don't even need to cook the berries. Thaw (keeping those juices -- don't add water), blend/process and sieve, and add sugar to taste. The perfect raspberry coulis. -j |
