Enjoy a mouth-watering seafood appetizer and prepare yourself for the main course.
2 lbs. of shelled jumbo shrimp (season with salt and black pepper) 4 tbsp. of butter 1 tsp. of salt 1/2 tsp. of black pepper 1 1/2 tsp. of minced garlic 1 tbsp. of lime juice 1/2 tsp. of paprika 1/2 tsp. of hot pepper 1 tsp. of Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. of chadon beni/cialntro 2 tbsp. of finely chopped parsley 1 cup of dry bread crumbs 1. Cream butter with salt, garlic and paprika. 2. Add hot pepper, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, parsley and chadon beni/cilantro and blend thoroughly. 3. Alternately place layers of shrimp and blend in a greased baking dish (3-4 layers); then sprinkle crumbs on top. 4. Bake at 400 degree F for 15-20 minutes. Note: Garnish wish parsley sprigs and lime wedges.
