I love these cookies. There is just a little suprise when you bite
into them. Everyone is amazed how the chocolate and caramel gets inside. They are gone so fast. Peanut Butter Caramel Cookies (Rolo Cookies) 1 cup sugar 1 cup powdered sugar 1 cup shortening 1 cup peanut butter 2 eggs beated 1 tsp. vanilla 2 cup flour 2 tsp. soda 1 tsp. salt 1 package of Rolo's Mix all ingredients together and chill dough. Roll dough into balls and place a rolo in each, then mold dough around rolo. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 for 12 minutes or until cookies are flat (rolo has melted). |
