At school, we used to fight over the marble tables before we were lucky enough to get a great renovation to all of our kitchens in the culinary dept and the bake shop got a chocolate room! Now every class moves into there whenever it's not in use for the chocolate class! Get marble if you can...you will never regret it. Just always make sure to use a cutting board instead of cutting directly on the marble! |
