Some time back I saw a post about a new gadget that was due on the
market which would allow you to bake with moisture applied. Sound
familiar to anyone? Is there such?

I have not heard of such a gadget, but in the meantime try this... Boil
a pot of water on the stove top and transfer water to an oven safe
dish. Place in the oven with whatever you are baking. The water will
continue to boil in the oven and create steam in the oven. I use this
method when I bake bread. It gives it a nice crust.

Thanks. I've tried that and it is good but still lacks what I want.

I make one of these myself as I had a steamer and a pan.
It's OK but not all that much better just steaming the oven and
spraying my bread with water for a better crust.
I trying to make a 80% hydrated bread.
