Default Spaghetti Sauce

Helen's Two Meal Meatloaf/spaghetti

Serving Size: 8
By Helen Peagram-

-Meat Loaf-

2 pounds Ground beef
2 medium Eggs
1/2 cup Bread crumbs
1/2 cup Milk
1 pk Onion soup mix

-Spaghetti Sauce-
1 medium Onion
19 ounces Tomato puree
Basil to taste
Oregano to taste

Pasta ; fresh preferred

Mix together the ground beef, eggs, milk, bread crumbs, and soup mix. If
using lower grade beef, place in a loaf pan with enough room for fat to
accumulate w/o overflowing. Bake approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hour. On the day
of making the meat loaf, serve with veg and potato or carbohydrate of
choice. The next day, make the spaghetti sauce and add cubed meat loaf.
Allow to simmer for about 30 minutes. Serve over pasta. I found this is
easier than making meatballs and tastes just as delicious without the
work.
Hope you like it!
