I am looking for a carrot casserole dish that used to be on the back of
the Kellogs cornflake crumbs boxes ...it had precooked liced carrots,
a precooked sauce with cheese in it and confflake crumbs ...butter... and
a butter/ crumb topping...baked for 30 minutes. It is delicious and my
daughter wants me to make it for Xmas dinner. Deos anyone out there have

I am diligently searching for a moist strawberry cake recipe that does NOT
contain strawberry jello. Most of the ones I can find either have jello,
or
are rather heavy and dry once I bake them. I have found and made an
excellent strawberry cheesecake filling and strawberry cream cheese butter
cream frosting, but the good moist cake alludes me.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. The cake can contain fresh or
frozen and thawed strawberries, either one will be fine.
