Default Vegetarian Fajitas

Vegetarian Fajitas

1 large bell pepper
1 large red pepper
1 large onion
Jalapenos
1 1/2 cup of grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 dozen flour tortillas
Butter
1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce
1 lime

Slice pepper and onion into long slivers. Lay all on double thickness of
aluminum foil. Top with 2 or 3 pats of butter, 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
and juice of 1/2 lime. Seal and put on BBQ Pit for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve
on steamed flour tortilla and top with grated Monterey Jack cheese and
Jalapenos, if desired. Ingredients can be stirred with same results for
quicker and cooler preparation.
