Quick Marinade For Grilled Vegetables

This just came off the label on a package of grilling vegetables, but
it's quite good and very easy.

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp sea salt or kosher salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp dried thyme
1 Tbsp dried oregano

Cut vegetables to grilling size and marinate in a glass dish or zip-
lock food storage bag for 30 minutes, then grill.
