goes with it. Any close recipe suggestions would be appreciated.

Subject: Moist white Bread Recipe for Machine

Does anyone have a recipe for a 2 lb bread machine that produces a
more MOIST loaf of regular white bread? My loaves taste good but are
too dry, especially the crusts...to the point where I have to cut them
off before making a sandwich. I have a nice big bread machine
cookbook and have followed tips about "spooning flour into the
measuring cup" rather than digging in with the cup itself, etc. but
they still turn out rather dry and then proceed to get really dry by
just the 2nd day. Any tips or a recipe would be much appreciated!

Thank you!
Teresa

Potato Soup (like J Alexanders)
I am searching for a recipe for potato soup like the one served at J
Alexanders restaurant. It is smooth - no chunks of potato, chicken stock
base with pureed potatoes in it and garnished with bacon, cheese and
scallions. I am unsure of the spices in it, but it is our favorite and I
am trying to create it at home. Thanks!
