Default Club Squash

Club Squash

8 medium yellow squash
1/2 cup chopped onion
8 ounces sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon basil
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup medium Cheddar cheese, grated
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 teaspoon paprika
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Cook squash and onions in salted water until tender, drain and mash.
Combine with sour cream, salt, pepper and basil. Pour into greased
casserole.
Combine bread crumbs, cheese, butter and paprika, sprinkle over squash
mixture. Top with bacon. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
