Hi, folks. I'm a newbie, just thought I'd say hello after lurking for a bit.
I've only been smoking for a few years. Started with a GOSM, then a year
later got a CharGriller. Couple years later, just a few days ago in fact,
bought a Traeger. I've used the Traeger twice now, and it seems to do just
fine. Thursday I'll buy a brisket from Costco, prep it, put it in on Friday
afternoon, smoke it on the Traeger until Saturday night, and hopefully have
some tasty brisket and a few baked beans to go with it.
