Homemade Pizza

Once you start making your own pizza, your life will never be the
same.
Each time you make pizza, you will create magic.
You will never truly know this, unless you experience the excitement
of making pizza yourself!

Here is a FREE recipe so you don't have to buy an eBook from a spammer

Pizza Dough

INGREDIENTS:

5 1/2 to 6 1/2 cups flour

1 tablespoon each:

active dry yeast

sugar

salt

2 TBS olive oil optional for
flavor

2 cups warm water

In the warm water dissolve in order, sugar, yeast, salt

Blend this into the flour

Turn out onto a floured surface and knead until smooth and springy. Place
into a greased bowl and cover. Let rise until doubled in bulk (about 1 to
2hours).

Preheat oven to 450°

Punch down dough and cut into four pieces. Roll out each piece on a floured
surface, with a floured rolling pin.

Make into a 12" circle.

Let the dough relax several times to make it more cooperative. Turn it over
from time to time and roll the reverse side.

Brush on a bit of olive oil, spread with sauce and add toppings.

Bake for 15 minutes.
