Thanks. Here in Newfoundland and Labrador we have the odd dichotomy of July
1st being our old Memorial Day too. There's also some irony in the fact we
joined Canada on April 1st, 1949. We had paid our national money debt for
The Great War by then. Some would have we're still paying for this
sacrifice:

You can get away with that for ribs and fast cooking stuff like fish and
pork tenderloin, but it won't cut it if you want to do brisket or pork
butts.
