I was in Tuesday Morning today and I always check out their cookbook
section. I found "Webber's Real Grilling" by Jamie Purviance. It was $7.99 with a UPC price of $24.95. I have a good friend who has a Webber kettle charcoal grill and I thought it would make a nice gift for him. The recipes are really great. Lots of rubs, marinades and sauces with directions for charcoal and gas grilling. I told my friend that he'll have to wait; I'm keeping the book for a while <g> -- Janet Wilder Bad spelling. I told my friend that he'll >have to wait; I'm keeping the book for a while <g> If I ever have trouble remembering which recipe I really liked out of a book, I just look at the pages with the most stains on them. Those end up being the most likely candidates for a repeat performance. So your friend might end up getting a gift with a few messy pages. 8^) Mark "Those who live by the sword get shot by those who don't" |

I'm sure there are a lot of nice people on r.f.c, but crossposting also attracts nuts to a new NG. I recognize that there are no laws against crossposting, even when the topic doesn't fit the group, and I am far from being a usenet cop. It was just a simple request. Sorry if I made you feel attacked or challenged, Janet. That was not my intent. Take care. -- Nick. Support severely wounded and disabled Veterans and their families!
