Hello all;
I've got some primo salmon fillets that I want to cook on my WSM tomorrow (Sunday). I've read the info on the WSM Virtual Bullet page, and I've gpt a couple other recipes and techniques (Kirk's book, Raichle's books, &tc.) I'm just checking to see if anybody here has any tips or recommendations. Thanks a heap, in advance, -Zz |
