Default Celery Seed OIL

Can you share your experiences in using essential oil of celery seed
in a bbq sauce?

How much did you use?

Did the flavor diminish over time?

Did the leftover oil keep until you made another batch of sauce?

My experience with celery seed oil in BBQ sauce? Yeah. Exactly none.
My question would be..."WHY?"

That's my newest favorite beverage. Half Clamato juice with half V-8
extra fiber. Add 1 tsp toasted celery seed and 1 tbsp Frank's or
Crystal to the veggie portion.
