Some of you have probably come across these "tools" in tyiour Google
searches, but as far as I know it's never been mentioned here. if you're really into your meat, take a virtual tour into your pork. http://porcine.unl.edu/porcine2005/pages/index.jsp I think it's kinda interesting scrolling through the cross sections. But we all know I'm kinda weird that way. -sw |
