Food and beer anyone?

From Guinness. . .Worlds Largest Barbecue
"The record attendance at a one-day barbecue was 44,158 people who
turned up at Warwick Farm Racecourse, Sydney, Australia on October 10,
1993.More than 300,000 sausages, 100,000 steaks, and 50,000 chicken
burgers were consumed, and over 481,000 cans of beer drunk (over
180,000 liters). That's 6.8 sausages, 2.26 steaks, 1.13 chicken
burgers, and 10.89 cans of beer per person!"

Think they were thirsty?
