I have eaten at a chain restuarant, Cracker Barrell, and they serve a really
good smoked sausage pattie. I am wondering how they do this... is it possible they use country ham and grind it to make a sausage pattie. Any ideas ladies and gentlemen?? Dennis -- Popping bubble wrap is much less expensive than professional therapy |

Really cheap - $1.50 for 12oz. Really salty though, just like Cracker Barrells. -sw |

I've tried the sausage you mentioned and it is not the same, but does have a
good taste to it. Dennis |
