Default Smoking sausage from earlier post

I have eaten at a chain restuarant, Cracker Barrell, and they serve a really
good smoked sausage pattie. I am wondering how they do this... is it
possible they use country ham and grind it to make a sausage pattie.

Any ideas ladies and gentlemen??

Smithfield has a 'Ham Sausage' that is made with country ham.
Really cheap - $1.50 for 12oz. Really salty though, just like
Cracker Barrells.

I've tried the sausage you mentioned and it is not the same, but does have a
good taste to it.
