Default lost fried turkey recipe!!! HELP!

Ex wife deleted my "my Documents" folder and I lost ALL my recipies.
The fried recipe I had used an under skin rub that contained MANY bay
leaves ground with other spices. Delicious. Can someone help TODAY? I
have 30 coming over Saturday for dinner!!

can't be deleted.
