Default Flare up...resolved

Thanks folks for your input. Had the smoker working again yesterday and I
went and purchased some new heavy duty aluminium foil. I chopped a 4"x 4"
stave part into 4"x 1". Double wrapped it (dry, no pre-soak) as snugly as
possible, several small pin holes and eureka, problem solved.

Despite Murpy's law, something has to work once in awhile. I think something
worked right for me one time last year. Can't remember exactly what it was
or
whether it was in June or July.
