My wife and I recently sampled some of the best chicken ever.It was at
YaYa"s chicken outlet in Florida. As we live in England it would be
great to be able to do something similar on our barbecue here.I would
be grateful if anybody could provide the recipe for the marinade.

Sam, I don't know what they put in their's, but I'll say this about that.
The first time I marinated a bird I soaked it for two days in The Hounds
Brine, (google this group for "Hound's Brine"). I have felt no need to
use anything else. That makes melt in your mouth chicken. I BBQ'd
the first one. ~225°F for several hours in a bullet smoker. Since then, I
usually spatchcock and grill them. (Wine is fine, but liquor's quicker.)
