I use the Orka silicone mitts working with my Kamado. I usually use the
short ones for rearranging a hot grill or pizza stone, or handling food. I
use the long ones for high temp grilling, especially if I have to reach
across the grill, or if use a unit bigger than my K, like my friend's #9.
