While I don't have the skill, my mother has been making _+GREAT+_ bread,
without a recipe, for over 60 years. Arthritis is just beginning to slow
her down. However, she has never been successful doing sourdough and she
is jealous of what I can do with a bread machine and my sourdough starter.
