Default Stolen Smoker

Last Wednesday evening someone cut the lock and stole my smoker in
Jacksonville, Florida. It is best described as a copy of the Lang smoker with a
water pan added. This unit is 7 feet long, weights roughly 2100 pounds, painted
black, fire box and smoke stack are on same end. This unit has two doors with a
dial thermometer in the portation, and a ss shelf. The drain for the water pan
has a brass ball valve and iron elbow to direct the flow from the handle. The
trailer is equiped with lights and has a expanded metal in the front for wood
storage.
Should anyone spot this rig please call your local Police Department. It has
been reported stolen to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. I would certainly
like to get it back. Thanks dennis

I am really sorry to hear about this, Dennis. I wish the best for the
recovery of your property, and the arrest of the miscreants.

There are several Floridians who post here and also on alt.binaries.food.
If you happen to have a photo of your rig, post it on the binary so we'll
know what it looks like. Sorry for ya, Dennis.

Quite an operation for them to move a hulk like that. Hope you get it
back and find out who did this.

Best of luck,

Dobbs

That is one heck of a rig to steal. Being from MN, I doubt it will find
its' way up here, but in the chance it does, I will certainly do what I
can to get it back to its' righful owner.

In the mean time, I hope you have a spare.

Happy Q'en,
BBQ

Crooks in these parts are getting more tech savvy, was thinking maybe the
same thing was happening to the poor soul in FL.
