Default BBQ - FoodSaver Users

I have 4 racks of BabyBacks. I had them mostly thawed, then gave them a
wet rub. I vacumn packed them in FoodSave bags with a little more of the wet
rub. I then put them in my about 40 degree F frig.
I have been too busy to smoke them! (Horror of Horrors!! How long
would you think they will hold in the fridge?
Thanks
