9pm & midnight PST & EST, 8pm & 11 pm CST tonight,monday night, on
Discovery Channel. Monster Nation airing of the Discovery Channel Special
on BBQ & Klose Pits. No promises. I haven't seen the out-takes, but worth
a look. Any & all publicity can only help BBQ in General, unless they put
my face on the screen. tried to get em more into the cooking & comraderie
when filmed. We'll see how we did on accomplishing that.

Dave would promote barbecue even if he couldn't promote his products.
That he can promote Klose BBQ just makes it more worthwhile for him.

It was a 10 minute park of the show "Monster Nation". He came across as a
guy who really, really enjoys his work. My favorite contraption was the one
built to look like a beer bottle on it's side, it holds a keg on one end and
has a bbq on the other. The man knows his audience dont he?
