Default How long will "rubbed" ribs keep?

I rubbed two slabs of spareribs last night with the intention of
smoking them today. However, we've been having pouring rain and
thunderstorms that most likely aren't going to clear up until after
midnight. I made a rub out of kosher salt, freshly-ground pepper,
paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, ground cayenne
pepper, and dry mustard. I wrapped them in foil, and put them in the
fridge. This was about 2-3 A.M. this morning. Will they keep ok until I
smoke them tomorrow (Tuesday), when the weather is supposed to be sunny
and warm?

Thanks,

Jim
