I have/had one of these , from the outside it looks just like a
webber, so much so that I went out and bought a webber without doing
much research. I had it for 10 years, and I was given it used with a
lot of wear, so it could have had 20 years of use before the leg
mounts rusted through. On mine it also has a small bucket in the
center to catch the ash, the bucket is lifted out from the top after
the grates are removed. on the side of the bucket is a adjustable
vent just like the adjustable vent on the top hood.

Now I'm cleaning off the old very useable grates with oven cleaner to
use on this new webber. I'm pretty good at stalking down stuff and
yours is the only mention of this design. There's no name anywhere on
it I can find. Other than the grates EVERY design detail suggests
Webber. I can't find the grates for sale after hours of web
searching.
