http://www.cuban-christmas.com/pigroast.html . Thank You Dave for sharing that with me. I will do that again sometime, a lot of work but a smashing success. I didn't even eat much of it. By the time the pig was done, so was I (the pig got roasted and I got toasted), but it was a great experience that fed a lot of people, and everyone gobbled it down including a couple of chefs and a bar-b-cue master who all complimented me on the food. It was cool. |
