It wasn't when I was there....it was a hard-drinking rough pub not far from
some very run down corporation housing.

In what sense do you mean "worst"? Some people like places like OSG's in
Temple Bar, but I hate it - due to it being full of tourists and charging
20% more than other pubs for a pint of plain.
