Bryson in Zymurgy

I was flipping through the latest issue of Zymurgy and came across a
nice article about American brewers brewing Belgian styles written by
our very own Lew Bryson.

Do you get to write off all those bottles of Golden Monkey as
"research materials"?

Seriously, it was a good read.

Well, hell yes. My accountant thinks I'm amazing.

Indeed it was. Amidst all the bitching about the "new and improved"
Zymurgy, that's the one article that gets consistent kudos. Hope you'll
write more for them, Lew.

I look at it this way, Denny. If you swallow a diamond, then pass it the
next day, does having the gem in there make the turd stink any less? ;-)
