I was flipping through the latest issue of Zymurgy and came across a
nice article about American brewers brewing Belgian styles written by our very own Lew Bryson. Do you get to write off all those bottles of Golden Monkey as "research materials"? Seriously, it was a good read. ----------------------------------------------------- Pete Clouston Lawrence (KS) Brewers Guild http://www.sunflower.com/~homebrew |
