I recently had an opportunity to taste a Ballantine Burton ale that was
brewed in 1934, aged in oak for 14 years and bottled in 1948. It's inspired me to set up a web page with notes from that tasting and general information about Ballantine. I'm aware of Dave Brockington's notes, but if anyone has additional info about the berwery or beers, I'd like to include it. You can email me at denny_at_projectoneaudio_dot_ com. I'll post a link to the webpage as soon it's done. I intend to have notes of 4 different tasters there by the end of the week, with additional info to follow. ---------->Denny -- Life begins at 60...1.060, that is. |
